Brian Lee & the Orbiters

This Thursday, Brian Lee & the Orbiters release our latest CD, “In Orbit”, and perform swinging blues for your dancing pleasure at Seattle's Highway 99 Blues Club!     “In Orbit”, on the Open Century Music label, is the fourth Orbiters album, fresh on the heels of our “Identity Theft” album. “Identity Theft” was awarded the Washington Blues Society “Best of the Blues” Award for best recording of 2012, and charted at #15 in Living Blues Magazine’s nationwide Blues Radio Chart. “In Orbit” continues that trajectory with 12 stellar tunes charting a modern orbit through the traditional blues universe!    In it’s radio introduction this last weekend, it received radio play on major blues shows around the country,  including on John Kessler’s KPLU show, “All Blues”.  We’ll be playing tunes from the album plus many more great danceable blues tunes!    With cool juke joint decor, a big dance floor, cajun influenced menu, and plenty of seating, the award winning Highway 99 Blues Club is one of the premier clubs in the Northwest.
