Brian Lee & the Orbiters

Yes indeed, the Orbiters have progressed to the finals in this year's Washington Blues Society "International Blues Challenge" competition. If successful, we then proceed to the February 2014 IBC in Memphis, to perform with bands from around the globe! 
 

The WBS finals event this Sunday features bands selected from 4 preliminary competitions around the state - so it’s an incredible line up!  All the acts will be judged by a panel of judges using the Blues Foundation's International Blues Challenge criteria. 
 

The finals feature four solo/duo acts, followed by eight band acts performing for 25 minutes each. Brian & the Orbiters will be performing from 5:20-5:45. Here's the complete IBC Finals schedule:
